MISSION.

At POSI People, our mission is to empower youth point of views. We believe in the power of student voices and that children deserve to be heard. However, we recognize that certain circumstances can hinder their ability to exercise their superpower—their voice.

That's why, at POSI, we are dedicated to fostering safe spaces that nurture positive youth development and self expression. We strongly believe that the perspectives, ideas, and creativity of young people are essential for shaping a better future.

 

We strive to provide a platform and resources for young individuals to express themselves authentically, encouraging them to explore their unique identities, beliefs, and passions.

Story-Telling

We recognize that each young person has a valuable story to tell, and we actively seek to amplify voices that are often marginalized or underrepresented. By showcasing the rich tapestry of perspectives, we aim to inspire dialogue, empathy, and understanding among youth and the wider community.

Mentorship

We believe that by creating safe spaces where young people can connect with mentors and peers, we can help break down systemic barriers and provide equitable opportunities for all.

Collaboration

Collaboration offers shared experiences and understanding while promoting  the development of essential skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving
